Abstract

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) as a public service institution that provides statistical data and information always wants to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS always tries to pay attention to consumer needs for the quality of data and services provided by BPS. Therefore a Data Needs Survey (SKD) was held to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services.
In 2020, BPS will again hold SKD in each unit of Integrated Statistics Services at Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS and 480 Regency / City BPS. The results of the 2020 West Sumatra BPS SKD are presented in the form of a publication of the Analysis of the Results of the 2020 West Sumatra Province Data Needs Survey which contains an analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and satisfaction with data quality. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
