Abstract

Human development becomes very important thing in a sustainable manner. Because by building humans (actors as well as objects of development) means providing opportunities for humans to further expand their choices. In this case, the background of the Human Development Index (HDI) as a description of the development performance of a region. Because HDI is a combination of three basic dimension approaches, namely a long and healthy life, knowledge and a decent standard of living.
